One Church Worship is based out of One Church in Columbus, Ohio where they are committed to “Igniting a Movement to Reach a Disconnected
Culture” for Christ around the world.
REGGIE DABBS
Reggie believes, as I am sure you do, that your community’s greatest assets are not in it’s buildings, but in the students themselves. His family has committed their lives to make a positive
difference in the lives of young people.
Today’s generation is facing unparalleled hurts, pressures and choices. If we can heal those hurts, help in times of pressure and equip students in their choices, we will have better students. He often shares with students, “You can’t change your past, but you can change your future.” With all that students are facing, we must give them hope.
KENDALL ALFARO
Kendall is serving as the Next Gen and Youth Director for North Carolina AG. Prior to appointment in 2022, Kendall and Jillian served as Youth Pastors at James River Church in Springfield, MO. He and his wife, Jill, share a passion for training and equipping NextGen Pastors and leaders to reach the next generation. Kendall loves helping students activate their faith and seeing them embrace God’s global mission.
JOSH CARTER
Josh is a Pastor, Evangelist, and Communicator of the Gospel. Bringing an intense, passionate and high energy style, Josh is leading a new generation to Christ. He is earmarked by his in your face, revelatory preaching which communicates the deeper truths of God’s word in a clear way. He currently serves as the Youth Pastor at Calvary Christian Center in Ormond Beach, Florida. Josh is married to the love of his life Natasha and they have been married for six years. As a team, their goal is to change the world by preaching God's word.
